Toto/Journey
The check-in process was efficient and relatively fast going through the security checkpoint. Concessions were readily available and service was fast. The only issue I have is that toward the end of the concert people seemed to be allowed into areas that they did not have tickets for. I was in the 2nd row of the balcony, on the aisle, in section 226. My son left to go get a drink and during that time two people asked if that seat was taken so they could sit down. When I turned to tell him yes, it was, there were several people standing there, obviously to get a better view than where their tickets were. I am guessing the ushers had already left their station at the balcony entrances or else these people would not have been there but sitting in their actual seats.
